Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, has disclosed that he has no regret for being married.
Naija News reports the movie star made this known in an Instagram post on Wednesday while celebrating his 21st wedding anniversary.
Van Vicker acknowledged that there have been challenges in their union, but the bond between him and his wife has kept the marriage.
The movie producer also stated that love has been the paramount thing in his marriage.
He reiterated that he enjoyed every moment of being a married man and asked God for help to sustain the marriage.
He wrote, “Today is my 21st wedding anniversary. I am grateful to God. Marriage is a bed of thorning roses
“Staying ‘in love’ is paramount (not just ‘loving’ your spouse). And finally for me, it’s ‘the desire’ to want to stay married (in the absence of abuse). The culminated effect of these 3 points may transcend those thorns in the roses.
“Pricky as they may be, however, the internal remedies are sufficient to let you move to the next day and the next and for years. Regardless of the thorns love is STILL a beautiful thing.
“I have no regrets been married and staying married.
“I am blessed to have my wife Adjoa Van Vicker by my side all these years. I have known her for 30years of life. Happy anniversary to us.”
